I am putting everything I got into the next 4 months! Why? Cause when I'm hiking up a mountain and my daughter says after only 20 minutes "mom, I'm tired" I want to be able to carry that extra 30 somewhat pounds on top of the weight of my pack! I want to do it without too much effect or complaints! I want to bring my daughter and husband to the top of a few more mountains this year so they can appreciate and cherish these beautiful moments with me!
I also want to not only be proud of myself for accomplishments but proud of my body. I want to feel not just great but amazing in my own skin!
My meal plan is done. My workout plan is done. Most of my meals are made and frozen. All I need now is motivation to get up at 5:30 and a good kick in the butt! I already took initiative and got myself a support group and we are starting Sunday all the way to Victoria Day! Yes, May long weekend!
