I started doing the same test again but since some of them were done such a long time ago it seems to make sense!
I also started taken my meds everyday. And I think that perhaps it is helping this time around. This was my main goal. I needed to figure those things out before I would put all my energy into something else. Why? Because there is nothing more frustrating then working so hard to be in shape and look good and then lose it all because you get bloated for weeks. (I don't care what people say, being bloated the size of a 5 month-7 months pregnant woman will definitely screw up the skin and all on your belly)
So I figured if I find the main problem then I can start focusing on other things.
My Dr. also pointed out that Technically I show no allergies to nuts, eggs, banana, melons, avocadoes (and many many more)...blah balh blah however if eating them brings that much pain and I swell up that much from them THEN to consider myself allergic to them. FINAL.
Make a list and stop eating all of what is on the list. Take your meds for IBS and see what happens. Well, I am doing pretty good (right now as we speak)
Now to be honest with all of you I haven't been eating any of these because I am mostly eating JUNK. Super eh?
Well that is about to change. I want to see what happens when I start eating healthy again. If I get major pains then perhaps it is all vegetables hurting me? Who knows....
Now on another level. I spent the pass few weeks with a cough and it sucks. Haven't done much exercising but this is also about to change! Starting tonight I start indoor climbing with my husband again! This will be awesome and cannot wait!
I also decided that with my full time dayhome, my family, and just trying to get things done in general I needed to prioritise my goals and my free time. I even sat with my husband and we went over what we (me in particular) wanted to do and climb this summer. We made a schedule. Yes, at first I thought it was so silly but Really It is not! Summer is fast over and with so many things to do and so little time I thought this would be the best thing for us!
I basically had to mix running, climbing and weight training into a schedule that would work for me and the family!
Oh and did I mention INCA TRAIL? That will be for another post!
