I was really not looking forward to it. Being a little scared but it ended up being a GREAT workout once again! I LOVE Body Beast. Its just awesome.
Today I felt a little tired. I think it was perhaps a little soon after the Ultimate Reset and this is why I am trying to not do too too much during the day but really? When you got all the kids and you are up dancing and jumping? Oh and running outside in the snow? Its fun and all but right now I can only handle Body Beast haha
I plan on slowly adding a bit of running. I know it is not recommended to add cardio to Body Beast as it is meant to BULK up but since I am doing it with my husband and doing it to get more fitness out of it I wont worry too much. My goal here is obviously Not to Bulk up. Yes maybe this doesn't make sense but I just wanted to do a program with my Husband :)
Today I also "committed" to do the Tough Mudder in Calgary next July. I'm scared. I know I can do it but I got a little fear of some of the obstacle. Guess its one more reason to do it!!!
