Weird since I thought it would be easy! I struggled on almost everything. Especially the planks and all the damn squats.....yikes!
I am happy it's done.
Abs felt a lot easier then I thought it would be so I guess all worked out in the end! I'm just really happy that tomorrow is a rest day and then. BAM! I have to add some running to my schedule and some TurboJam....But that's too fun to even count as a workout :)
