I know I said I wasn't going to eat grains but I still like oatmeal once in a while. And since I started the Body Beast I am really hungry...So I looked for some healthier oatmeal recipe especially for quick grab and go and I found these Oatmeal cups. I took some of the ingredients out and added chocolate Protein to them. They are pretty yummy and only 80 cals each but packed with 7g protein!
