This summer was one of the best I've had so far, I've said it many times but it's true. However when you do everything with your little one... things do change. For example, everything takes longer. Which means I get less of "me" time. But really who gets "me" time anyway.
What I found was that despite the fact I'm doing all these hikes and climbing, I'm really not the one doing it, she is. Sure I'm hiking longer days but I'm not moving like I used to. So when I stepped on the scale all I could think was....say what?!? This thing is broken. Not.
I've met with my trainer, I've got a plan in order and I've started climbing again. It feels good. And it feels awesome to have that 40mins a few nights a week for my climbing improvement.
But even with all this, me and the girl are still doing much of everything together and she even started "training" with her own kettlebell. How cute is that ;)
I really need to get my good shape back on because I got some "me" plans for winter and summer 2015!!!
