I made my food last night that way I could eat right away tonight without having to wait an hour or more to eat....
I was not going to have quinoa again for lunch and just couldn't wait to try my cashews/zucchini soup IT WAS AWESOME!
I had the full serving for lunch with some cut veggies to snack on. It was ridiculously good :)
As usual I had Shakeology for breakfast and didnt add any fruits to it today. Just water. It was alright but I prefer to add strawberries. Will have to get more.
For dinner I had the Roasted Root Medley and plain Quinoa instead of millet.I am excited to finish Phase 1 tomorrow. As of now I feel fantastic. Really, no pain in my stomach, no IBS, no intolerance (weird since I've been eating lots that usually aggravates my symptoms....I feel great! I pray it stays the same!
Still no coffee but I miss it!
