Phase 1 was easier then I imagined it would be. I did eat a little more then needed because lets face it. I was hungry. But everything I did eat was part of the reset. I did change the schedule around but always following the food from Phase 1.
Now please remember that I do suffer from Stomach issues such as allergies, intolerances and IBS.
When this occurs I swell up like a balloon and it takes a long time to go back to normal. After I accomplished Mt. Rainier I did let myself go and it showed. I gained about 5lbs during that period but mostly I felt so bloated I couldn't fit in my clothes anymore. But this is a real good eye opener to what good food will do to your body. And what bad food will do to your body. I am very happy with my results and I can say that its been a long time since I've felt this good. My energy is amazing and I'm not drinking 5 coffees a day. I've had NO coffee for a week! WoW! Will I go back to it? Probably 1 a day! Not 5!
